By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using Domain Risk Intelligent, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2Account and Access
- You must provide accurate and current registration information.
- You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity performed through your account.
- Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
- We may restrict or suspend access where necessary to protect users, the platform, or comply with applicable law.
3Payments, Renewals, and Cancellations
Subscription payments and renewals are handled through Razorpay under the billing authorization you provide at checkout. You are responsible for keeping your billing information current. Cancellation and refund requests will be handled according to the terms shown during checkout and applicable law. Fees already incurred are not automatically refundable.
4Acceptable Use
- Use the service only for lawful security analysis and legitimate business purposes.
- Do not scan assets without authorization where such authorization is required.
- Do not misuse the service to disrupt systems, distribute malicious content, evade security controls, or violate another person’s rights.
- Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, access restricted resources, or interfere with platform operation.
5Reports and Security Information
Scan results depend on available public records, third-party services, network conditions, and the information submitted for analysis. Results may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate and should be independently reviewed before important decisions are made.
Domain scans and reports are intended to support security review workflows, not replace professional legal, compliance, or security advice.
6Intellectual Property
The website, software, branding, interfaces, and original service content are owned by or licensed to CVAAT Solutions Pvt Ltd. You may use generated reports for your legitimate internal or client-facing purposes, but you may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the platform itself without written permission.
7Service Availability and Disclaimer
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to maintain reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free results, or detection of every security issue. Features may be updated, replaced, or discontinued as the service evolves.
8Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CVAAT Solutions Pvt Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-interruption losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
